You pay 60% of the price when you order and the remaining 40% after delivery. Assembly is paid for once it is finished. Partners work on different terms: the full amount in advance, under a contract.

Delivery and assembly

How is the delivery price counted "both ways"?

The road km from our base to your town, times two, times the rate per km: €1 for a container and about €2 for a Box house, excl. VAT. A Box house is counted from Marikostinovo or Varna, whichever is closer.

What does the crane cost?

A Box house needs a crane: about €550 excl. VAT, and it can be more depending on the location. For a container it is your choice, about €550 excl. VAT; we then assemble the container in our warehouse and it arrives built.

Can it be done without a crane?

A container, yes: two of our workers assemble it on site over 3–4 nights. Their travel adds up to €100 excl. VAT, depending on the location, and you arrange their accommodation. A Box house, no: it is not possible without a crane.

Do you deliver to Greece and other countries?

To Greece, yes, at the same rates; we have already delivered a Box house to Paralia Kariani. Other countries on request.

How long until a container or a Box house reaches me?

A container in stock is with you within 7 days. A Box house is made in up to 40 days and reaches your address in about 3–4 months.

Is the calculator’s price final?

The figure is an estimate, by road to the town centre, excl. VAT. For a container the rate is fixed; for a Box house the price is approximate. The exact price is in the quote. More than one container or Box house is quoted separately.

Do you handle customs?

Yes, for everything we deliver. Customs clearance is included in the container prices and in the quote for a steel-frame house; for Box houses, shipping from China and customs are already in the house price.

What foundation do I need?

It depends on the location, so call us or ask us about your plot. The foundation is not included in the price. For the foundation we recommend Siana Burgas, if you go with ground screws.

Who unloads the house?

At our base, unloading is at our cost. Transport from the base to your address, and unloading there, are at your cost unless we agree otherwise.

Do you insure and track the shipment?

Yes. We offer transport insurance and shipment tracking.
