- Your choice, about €550 excl. VAT. We then assemble the container in our warehouse and it arrives built.
- Without a crane
- Two of our workers assemble it on site over 3–4 nights. Their travel adds up to €100 excl. VAT, and you arrange their accommodation.
- Customs
- We handle it.
Box house
- Transport
- About €2/km, both ways, excl. VAT, from Marikostinovo or Varna, whichever is closer.
- Crane
- Required: about €550 excl. VAT, and it can be more depending on the location. It can't be done without one.
- Shipping and customs
- Already in the house price. For the trip to you, you pay only for the truck and the crane.
- Assembly
- Separate, from €700 excl. VAT.
House to your plan

- The roof opens out The roof panels swing out to the sides and settle level.
- The floor comes down The floor panels lower to the level of the core.
- The walls stand up The outer walls rise from the edge of the floor to the roof.
- The ends close The side walls swing round and close the wings.

- Foundation
- It depends on the site. Call us about your land. For the foundation we recommend Siana Burgas, if you go with ground screws.
- Access
- The truck and the crane have to reach the spot where the house will stand. Describe the road and the place to us; a photo helps. The crane can cost more depending on the location.
- Container with a crane
- We assemble it in our warehouse and it arrives built. All it needs is room for the crane.
- Container without a crane
- Two of our workers assemble it on site over 3–4 nights. You arrange their accommodation; their travel adds up to €100 excl. VAT.

How is the delivery price counted "both ways"?
The road km from our base to your town, times two, times the rate per km: €1 for a container and about €2 for a Box house, excl. VAT. A Box house is counted from Marikostinovo or Varna, whichever is closer.
What does the crane cost?
A Box house needs a crane: about €550 excl. VAT, and it can be more depending on the location. For a container it is your choice, about €550 excl. VAT; we then assemble the container in our warehouse and it arrives built.
Can it be done without a crane?
A container, yes: two of our workers assemble it on site over 3–4 nights. Their travel adds up to €100 excl. VAT, depending on the location, and you arrange their accommodation. A Box house, no: it is not possible without a crane.
Do you deliver to Greece and other countries?
To Greece, yes, at the same rates; we have already delivered a Box house to Paralia Kariani. Other countries on request.
How long until a container or a Box house reaches me?
A container in stock is with you within 7 days. A Box house is made in up to 40 days and reaches your address in about 3–4 months.
